SAYANTI BANERJEE
A newcomer vocal musician of Kolkata. She belongs to a cultural family. Her father Lt. DILIP BANERJEE was a Govt. service holder. Her mother MRS. TANUSREE BANERJEE was also a Govt. employee. Sayanti started her music training since her childhood from her mother, who was a singer and a music trainer. Sayanti started her formal training in classical music from MR. TIMIR GHOSH (Professor of Bengal Music College). Later, she started learning light music and Nazrulgeeti from Lt. BIMAN MUKHOPADHYAY.
She was a participant of various talent hunt shows like,
"ETO NOY SUDHU GAAN" (TARA MUSIC) in 2004,
"VALOBASI TAI GAI" (AKASH AATH) in 2005,
"GAANE MOR INDRADHANU" (ETV BANGLA/COLORS) in 2007,
"GAAN R GAAN" (R PLUS) in 2009,
"FUNGAMA NIGHTS - PUJO HOTTOGOL, 2011" (1st Runner up),
"DIGITAL IDOL" (FEVER 104 FM) in 2020
"NETWOOD STAR HUNT" (Finalist) in 2020
She is a proud performer of

In 2007 her first original bengali music album "KOTHA CHHILO" was released from SAGARIKA under the guidance and direction of Mr. Tapan Sinha.
In 2016, her 2nd music album "GHAS FORING-ER DANAA" was released from GOLDEN VOICE ENTERTAINMENT.
She has completed her Post Graduation in Social Work (MSW) and worked in many reputed NGOs. Now She is working as a freelancer.
