Sreya, B.A. (Hons.) English is now pursuing M.A. in English from University of Calcutta. She started learning music at an early age under the guidance and support of her mother Smt. Tanusree Mandal and father Sri Parimal Mandal. She joined Shrutinandan in the year 2011. There, her gurus were Ayan Banerjee, Swagata Das and presently Sangborti Das. Apart from music, she learnt Kathak for 7 years before joining Shrutinandan. She also has an immense passion for sketching and reading.
She bagged 3rd position in Raagpradhan in MURARI SMRITI SAMMILANI in both the years 2016 and 2018. In 2018 she stood 2nd in Nazrulgeeti in an intra college competition. In 2019, she recorded two songs - a ghazal and a raagpradhan bangla gaan from Shrutinandan. Besides she participated in a number of inter school and college competitions notably Telegraph Inter College competition(2020) and Eastern solo competition organised by Presidency University (2022).
